How do your limited edition drops work?
We release collections in limited quantities. Once an item is sold out, it is typically never restocked to maintain the exclusivity of the design.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally processed within 2-4 business days. During high-traffic drop events, please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How should I care for my derschutze garments?
To preserve the quality of the embroidery and fabric, we recommend washing items inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging them to dry. Avoid tumble drying or direct ironing on the designs.
