At derschutze, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your limited edition pieces. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
